Is self-serve Stuut the same product enterprise customers get?
Same collections engine, same models, same integrations. The difference is that you configure it yourself instead of going through an implementation team, and you pay by invoice volume rather than a negotiated contract.

What does “beta” actually mean for me?
The self-serve signup and setup flow are new. Collections itself has been running in production with enterprise customers for years. If anything in setup blocks you, a human responds in under an hour during business hours.

How do you handle our financial data?
SOC 2 Type II, encryption in transit and at rest, and scoped read/write access to only the AR objects Stuut needs. You can revoke the connection from your accounting system at any time.

Will customers know they are talking to AI?
Outreach goes out under your company name and brand. You approve tone, cadence and escalation thresholds, and you can require human review before anything past a chosen severity is sent.

Can I change volume or cancel later?
Yes. Move up or down a tier at any time from billing settings, and cancel with no exit fee. Your data exports on the way out.
